We hope that you appreciate the beauty of our handmade items. Should you find any imperfections, please note that is due to the handmade nature and materials. Each of our products are unique and one-of-a-kind which can lead to slight variations from the product pictures listed on our website.
We take great pride in creating high-quality products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your handmade item, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
• Handmade items are eligible for returns within 10 days from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Original shipping costs are not refundable.
1. Non-Returnable Items:
• Custom-made or personalized items that have been specially made for you cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Gift cards are non-returnable.
2. Return Process:
• To initiate a return, please contact us at thetwocraftywinos@gmail.com within the eligible return period.
• Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged.
• Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions. If the item is found to be defective, we will cover return shipping for replacement or repair.
3. Return Shipping:
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
4. Refunds:
• Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund/replacement if approved.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• There are no refunds on personalized orders. We can issue a replacement product only.
• Please allow a minimum of 14 days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges:
• If you wish to exchange your handmade item for a different variant or design, please contact us to arrange the exchange for non-custom items.
• Exchanges may be subject to additional shipping fees.
• There are no exchanges for personalized items.
6. Damage or Defects:
• If your handmade item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue.
• We will arrange for a replacement.
7. Cancellations:
• Cancellation requests can be accommodated within 48 hours of placing the order. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
In the context of a handmade item, "defective" refers to a product that has significant flaws or issues that render it unsuitable for its intended purpose or substantially diminishes its value and functionality.
Here are some examples of what might constitute a defective handmade item:
• Material Defects: Loose/Missing Rhinestones, or wrinkled vinyl might be classified as defective.
• Incorrect Dimensions: Handmade items are often created individually, and slight variations are expected. However, if the item significantly deviates from the specified dimensions or size mentioned in the product description, it could be deemed defective.
• Misalignment or Asymmetry: In certain handmade items, if the alignment, symmetry, or balance is severely off, it can be considered a defect affecting the item's aesthetics and functionality.
• Stitching or Sewing Issues: For textile items, seams coming apart could be considered defects.
