📦 Return Eligibility
Handmade items may be returned under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized items, unless defective or damaged upon arrival
- Gift cards
🔄 How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at thetwocraftywinos@gmail.com within the 10-day return window
- Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
Our team will review your request and provide next steps. If the item is confirmed defective, we’ll cover return shipping for repair or replacement.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged
- Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
💳 Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your provider

- No refunds on personalized items — replacements only
🔁 Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for non-personalized items
- Additional shipping fees may apply
- Personalized items are not eligible for exchange

- We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible

Because handmade items naturally vary, minor differences are expected. However, a product may be considered defective if it has significant issues such as:

- Incorrect dimensions that significantly differ from the product description
- Severe misalignment or asymmetry affecting appearance or usability
- Stitching or structural issues (e.g., seams coming apart)
